Are Wallet and Lookahead really free?
Yes. Forever. No "free tier" with hidden limits — the full apps, free for individual users. We make our money on Certify and (later) the Construction app.

What counts as a "cert" on Certify?
Each issued credential is one cert. Re-issues to the same trainee for the same course within 30 days don't count (in case of typo fixes). Revocations are free.

What happens if I exceed my allowance?
We don't stop you issuing. We bill the overage at £1.40 per cert on Starter, £0.85 on Centre. You can upgrade plans mid-month and we pro-rate.

What's the minimum term?
Starter and Centre are rolling monthly. Cancel anytime, your issued certs stay verifiable forever. Awarding-body plans are annual with bespoke terms.

Do you discount for apprenticeships or non-profits?
Yes. Talk to us. We have reduced-rate plans for registered apprenticeships, charities and CIC-status training providers.
