Supervisors open shift sessions on site. Operatives sign in at muster via Bluetooth proximity to the supervisor's device, with one-time location verification as a fallback. Pre-shift credential checks pass through the Wallet automatically. Sign-on is point-in-time — no continuous tracking, no whereabouts logging.

SHE alerts & notices
Push TfL / Network Rail SHE Alerts and Notices to every operative on the project with severity, required action and read-receipt tracking. No more inbox sprawl.

Incident reporting
Operatives report with photo, category, site location and supervisor in under 90 seconds. Managers triage, escalate and close out from a web dashboard.

A / Integrations
Governing-body card integrations
Direct API integration with CSCS, PTS, COSS, ICI and Sentinel so operatives can import their official cards into the Wallet without scanning paper. Each integration depends on the scheme's API availability — engaging the schemes now.
B / Verifier
BLE credential verifier
For top-tier credentials, presentation requires physical Bluetooth proximity to the verifier device — defeats photo-of-QR replay attacks entirely. Builds on the BLE proximity infrastructure already shipping in the Construction app.
C / Trust
Verifier trust framework
KYB-vetted verifier identities with their own Cognito role and audited credential reads. Cross-tenant verification gets its own access control. Aligns the platform with emerging digital-identity trust framework standards.
D / Standards
W3C StatusList2021 revocation
Replace the current JSON live-status endpoint with a W3C-conformant bitstring revocation list, so any W3C VC verifier can check our credentials without bespoke client code.
